Buffet at the Table
Everything on the table!
We’re serving our popular Buffet at the Table in the same way that family and friends share meals. We put the plates on the table and everyone helps themselves.
There’s something for everyone:
a variety of spreads
cheeses from regional farmers
marinated chicken breast with spicy onions and pumpkin chutney
goat cheese and beetle bean salad
We also serve a selection of our seasonal specialities. For example, there’s asparagus in spring, chanterelles in aspic with oven-roasted vegetables in summer, pumpkin and goat cheese strudel and cured venison ham in autumn. Our kitchen team is always coming up with something new.
For dessert, we serve a variety of our pastries. Yoghurt cream in a glass with stewed berries, apple strudel, curd cheese and raspberry strudel, strawberry and elderberry yoghurt slices, depending on the season.
