Grown on the steep slate slopes of the Hochbrudersegg vineyard in the Sausal region, this Sauvignon Blanc is one of our most expressive wines. Aged for ten months in used 500-liter barrels, it offers delicate toasted aromas with hints of caramel. On the palate, it shows a bold structure, pronounced herbal spice, and a subtle salty finish. A wine for those who appreciate something truly special.
