“Resi” is our newest addition – a Sauvignon Blanc that brings together fruit from two exceptional vineyard sites in the Sausal region: Hochbrudersegg and Theresienhöhe. Due to the low yields in 2024, we chose to vinify these two sites together for the first time.

The vines grow on barren slate soil, which lends the wine its distinctive minerality and focused structure. After careful hand harvesting, the must was spontaneously fermented and matured in used, neutral 500-liter oak barrels for 9 months.

The result is a cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc with herbal spice, depth, and a subtle touch of oak.
Unfined, unfiltered – a clear expression of vintage, soil, and craftsmanship.
